Event Purpose
To encourage the acquisition of Sea Cadet skills and knowledge by providing cadets with an opportunity for their efforts to be recognized in a friendly, yet competitive manner
- To increase unit cohesion through team play
- Provide both cadets and officers with an opportunity to build relationships and develop camaraderie
- To increase the exposure of the Sea Cadet program within the community
Event Location and Facility
Boy Scouts of America Campground - "CAMP SOULE"
2201 Soule Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759.
The facility offers tent camping with several berthing buildings and provides cooking and food preparation facilities. It also has a large field for activities, and adequate bathroom and hygiene facilities (supplemented with portable bathrooms)

Event Date
Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28, 2019.
Early arrival, which is encouraged, is after 1400hrs on Friday 26th
Standard arrival is between 1600 and 2000hrs on Friday the 26th.
Competition is between 0900hrs through 1630hrs on the 27th.
The awards ceremony is on Sunday 28th at 0900hrs.
Dismissal and departure are between 1030 and 1200hrs on the 28th.
